swap startup job

On debian buster with systemd:
I have two swap partitions: /dev/sda3 and /dev/sdb3
After trying to install 'tor' from its website (erroneously not with apt get) and some manipulations with swapoff cryptdisk swapon,
the /dev/sda3 swap did have a new UUID. I changed /etc/fstab accordingly.
But on boot I now get a failing startup job on that UUID, takes 1.5 minutes.
With 'lsblk -fs' /dev/sdb3 shows the moint point [SWAP],
but /dev/sda3 doesnt. Any suggestions how to get that last one working again ?

Is your swap encrypted ? With LUKS ?
Don't you have an initrd to rebuild ?

Not to mention maybe also crypttab and or grub parms if a hibernate target.

Significant lack of real data in the OP.
