Question Swap disk or space in a quad BOOT

I want to install many LINUX (7)different system in a single disk.
How many/much SWAP device(partition) should I make best for the multiple OS?

Why Fedora5 try to read MS win {SWAP?]

What can I install inside Sofware RAID 'device'?
How good does it make.

[LVM volume] does that really necessary?

Actually I had it done already ( the multiple system),
just wanna make sure what's the best of my system.

I leave LINUX for quite some time so I need more on this.

THX in advanced.
Regards.

A single common swap for all should be fine. You will only be running a single OS at one time so should be no problem.

I mself stay away from LVM since if it gets trashed it is a pain to recover and worst when you know nothing about the LVM setup.

I would just use one vfat partition that all distros can use, unless all distros will be linux then you can make a common ext2 partition. Then create partitions for each distro seperate from the other. I would not make a common /home becuase depending on the version of other apps the config files in your home may not work or get rewritten.

Other than that have fun.
