Swami makefile.in error

Im trying to compile swami since there is no version in Debian Testing..I get to configure..but i get this warning..

Code:

config.status: WARNING:  'po/Makefile.in.in' seems to ignore the --datarootdir setting

Then errors out with..

Quote:

config.status: error: po/Makefile.in.in was not created by intltoolize.

Do I need to edit this makefile.in to point to some other directory or something?

The warning + the make error could as well be an error itself ?
Just type make ... an error will stop 'make'.
Type make again ... and no errors appear this time.

The command 'swami-2' presents a nice GUI.
Or click the included 'swami-2.desktop'.

There is actually a package for Debian Sid, swami ver. 0.9.4
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/sound/swami
And Lenny ...
http://packages.debian.org/lenny/swami
0.9.4 is the latest stable, I think.
