Unhappy suspend trouble

Hi, while starting up home PC desktop 64 bit, a message - ACPI PCC probe failed, starting version 219. Last week my PC started with screen going up and down and making funny noises. So I have changed brightness and lock settings in off and instead pull out internet connection when leaving PC. But now when I plug this in again, I need to give my boot password + Ubuntu 15.04 password as well. I wonder if it is necessary to install Ubuntu 15.04 again or is there another solution. With Windows there was a possibility of repair. It also could be a bios problem, but I cannot upgrade motherboard H61M-F because these upgrades are all for Windows OS. I apreciate any suggestions,

ACPI PCC probe failed means:
1. Motherboard defective
2. flash bios and reset adjustments
