SuSEWatcher in 9.1: where is the config file?

I need to specify the Proxy for SuSEWatcher to use to automatically update.
YOU I've managed to fix, but since SuSEWatcher acts independantly of it,
how do I specify my Proxy Details?

Thanks,
Riddick.
