Angry SUSE9.2 Installation problem. Exiting

Hi,
I downloaded SUSE9.2 ISO file from the site, burn a DVD and bood it from DVD.

While booting, it is exiting to the DOS prompt. I could see a message like "FAT32 not found"

I am using Windows XP, 512 MBRAM, 120GB HDD with NTFS File system, DVD etc.

Is it required to have a FAT32 file system to install Suse.

I am new Linux user would like to migrate from Windows to Linux. I would really appreciate your help.

Rgds
