Suse update cd ???

I live in a stone age area of the country where broadband is just a dream.
How do I go about burning an update cd, so I can spen more time wrecking
my machine than updating it ?

Download anything from the suse mirrors that is under
http://ftp.ale.org/pub/suse/i386/supplementary/

then use the YAST update and change the source of installation to your CD drive.

Smile Thanks again

Thanks,
I really get tired of doing the same updates over and over. A file of any size takes twelve hours or more. I guess if I were a little more gentle with my installation i'd be ok. But, where's the fun in that, how are you going learn to fix it if you don't break it first ? Maybe i'm just a glutton for punishment or maybe just straight up insane. Either way, I have my fun......

Peace........
