Hi There!! I downloaded suse 9.1 Personal. It boots it goes through the installation process, copies and installes packages, but after package installation it gives me an error, saying the following packages could not be installed and it gives me a long list of packages, Threrafter it just freezes when trying to configure the bootloader...

This is really giving me a headache...
I've got 9.1 Live CD but it be so much cooler if I Could install the real deal...

The hardware I am using is a 2.4 Celeron, 512 DDR 40 GB seagate Epox Mainboard with Geforce fx5200

I also tried to install it on another computer giving me the same problem

And I also cut another CD to eliminate a cd buggerup...

I really would appreciate help

I heard from people with similar problems. In most cases it could be solved by changing the medium (CD-RW does not seem to work properly). It could also be a hardware problem. Try to install with the boot option 'noacpi' or in Failsafe-mode.

EDIT: Maybe the downloaded iso-file is already buggy! Try to check the md5 checksum.
