SuSE 8.2 with Athlon kernel?
 
So my machine is on SuSE 8.2, and it's got the athlon optimized kernel. However, somehow I don't have the athlon kernel source, only the normal source, so when I go to compile kernel modules, it has issues with kernel not matching the source. I tried re-installing the kernel-source package with YaST, but to no avail. Anyone know how I can get this to work?

have you done an online update after you installed the sources?

Hm, I'm not sure, didn't think of that. I'll check and see if online update installs the right sources.

Edit: Aight, it's updating the sources, hopefully this will work. Thanks!

Didn't work, sources are still for the non-athlon kernel.
