So, you're logged in as root. Press ctl-alt-Backspace. This should log you out, and back to gdm (gnome desktop manager) or kdm (kde desktop manager). Now, enter your user name, and password, and hopefully that allows you to log in as your user.
i can log in n out of root fine just cant log into my user account n when i tried deletin it under root it said my user account is already logged in and i cant delete it cuz of that

Initially I thought, given your first post, that you were trying to log into your regular account, and were asking for "HELP!!!".
Then, from your second post, it seems you wish to delete your regular account, and are frustrated because you "cant delete it cuz of that".
Perhaps running kuser, as root, will allow you to delete your unwanted user.
If it's something else entirely that you're looking to accomplish, well, perhaps someone will assist you.

ok well this wat happened i shut down my computer and turned it back on and when i turned it back on i couldnt log into my user account i was able to log in and out root but still couldnt log into user so i tried deleting the user account by going into root but it gave me error saying i cant delete my user account cuz its already logged in but in real case it didnt let me log in and kept on sending me back to login screen. and i am using KDE.
Try and rename (to something like kde-backup) the directory .kde from that user's home directory as root. If it works, you can copy parts of that backup to the newly created .kde to restore your configuration.
