surgest gnome applet 2 anounce new POP mail


Hello,
is there an applet for gnome that will automatically check my pop emial account every x minutes, and let me know when i have new / unread mail ???

thankyou.

if i tis important, i have gnome 2.2, but will soon be upgrading to gnome 2.4
