Suggestions for Helpdesk Software

I run a school of about 60 computers. Various operating systems. We currently use PPCIS for a helpdesk but I am finding its lacking alot of features and has a few annoying bugs. Can anyone suggest a helpdesk software? One feature I am looking for is the ability to list all the work done on a single computer.

Another pretty good one is PLONE ...

Based on Zope and CMF.
