Hi Guys,
Thanks for your reply, actually i was looking for some thing like wordpress . We have now installed wordpress on a linux box and define a email account in it from which it pop emails and show it as posts. However there are 2 problems we are facing at the moment.
1) First every email is shown as a separate post. My requirement is to display single thread on the bases of subject and all replies in that email keep on adding on the same post.
2) Secondly the post is displaying in UTF-8 or encoding type base64, mean its displaying in encoded format and i am unable to read that. I need to display it in actual format.
I am working on the above 2 issue at the moment. If any one have any clue then please let me know. Many thanks in advance.

Zimbra have shared email capabilities. The filtering is not that good compared to thunderbird, but it will meet your requirements. It's a full enterprise PIM solution, so it may be too much.

I'm generally not work with wordpress CMS and never hear about standard functionality like email importer in it.
1) There must be and option in corresponding module or you need to hire web developer to add code changes.
2) base64 encoding is commonly used in email to encode data. Looks like CMS code missing detect and convert encoding functionality or there is bug in it. Hire web developer.

You will need a plugin to have comments threaded in a Wordpress blog. I'd suggest you ask this question on the Wordpress forums.
