Sugestions for a good CRM software

Hi everybody!

I was making my own CRM with php and mysql, but came to me that probably must exist lots of already made crm softwares, but the diversity its not always so good when come the time to find the right one.

So with that in mind Im here to ask you a hint on what you use or what its a good one that you may recommend.

There was a time that I was using a very good crm software from microsoft, but of course there were the Windows limitations. Im looking now for a CRM that lets me in first place control Helpdesk calls, maybe asking for a CRM could come something much more complete that what Im realy looking, so basicly I only need something capable to handle HelpDesk Calls.

Thank you all

best regards [ ]'s

There's an entire category on freshmeat.net dedicated to CRM software. I think you should check out some of those application's websites and then take a the ones you like out for a spin. Nobody can know what's a "good" CRM better than you can.
