Sudden vcdxgen problem
 

I've been using the vcdimager tools for almost a year and a half now without problem.

But today, when I tried to generate the VCD image, I got this:

user@place:~/vcdfilestore$ vcdxgen mpeg1.mpg mpeg2.mpg mpeg3.mpg mpeg4.mpg
**ERROR: charset conversion failed

Anyone got any ideas?
