subversion repo move from 1.4.6 to 1.6.11

Can somebody give me the best practice to move my subversion repository
from: svn 1.4.6 0.1.el4.rf on a CentOS 4.9 i386
to: svn 1.6.11 2.el6_1.4 on a CentOS 6.0 x86_64
I only use the native svn protocol, no apache.

Can I just dump on the old machine and load on the new machine with svnadmin?
Or are there to many changes between 1.4.6 and 1.6.11?

Just move the repository directly to the new server and run "svnadmin upgrade /path/to/repository" on the new server.
