Stress test for four-core CPU


I was searching through Google for for tool for CPU benchmarks but wasn't able to fing anything like it. I want to make a stress test for Athlon II X4 640 to see the temperature. How can I do it with GNU/Linux? Maybe some script or anything else... Need it to run as lons as I make it run and to load all the cores on 100%.
