streaming video with MPlayer

I'm trying to find the URL for the streaming video here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjPrL3n63yg

It's a flash 7 stream that I want to dump to a file with MPlayer (I've installed the MPlayer codecs). The stream is on an html page...what is the URL that MPlayer needs? I opened up the html page in gedit and could not find the swf http location.

Does Firefox save streams?

Firefox streams this page since it has Flash 7 installed. Can Firefox save played streams to a file?
