streaming broadcast
i don't know if this is the best forum for this, however it is a software type issue
i have a tv card in my desktop machine and i would like to stream it's output so i can watch it on a pocket pc in a different room.
my area of concern is how to get the output of the tv card as a source for streaming media ? i can certainly get the card working with say, xawtv, and setting up a webserver is not problem either (or a realmedia server or such). it's 'piping' the output from the card to ... ?
