streaming audio from audio-in

I have an office, which requires the employees to listen to the radio or tv while working (business related stuff).

I would like to create a server, which receives data from an external audio port (eg. a tv audio output plugged into the computer) and sends it out to each individual computer in real time in the office over LAN.

Thanks for any help,
