Streaming *.rmm files in firefox

When I try to stream with RealPlayer format rmm, Firefox asked me what to do with the file. However, the "OK" button is greyed out so even if I choose a program, I'm unable to hit "OK". So first question: why is this buttoned greyed out?

I notice thru the "aboutlugins" page that I have:

Helix DNA Plugin: RealPlayer G2 Plug-In Compatible

File name: nphelix.so
Helix DNA Plugin: RealPlayer G2 Plug-In Compatible version 0.4.0.432 built with gcc 3.2.0 on Sep 27 2004

MIME Type Description Suffixes Enabled
audio/x-pn-realaudio-plugin RealPlayer Plugin Metafile rpm Yes

Second question: what plugin do I need to handle rmm extensions (or suffixes)?

Thanks
