Strangeness with KDE's burner K3B

I was burning a CD and came across something unusual. My files on my computer are all lowercase but upon burning the files with K3M, the files on the CD have become all caps. Is there an option somewhere for me to have the burner not do this? If not I'll have to go to each file and change it to lowercase. Everything is case sensitive so its real difficult and annoying for me to change it all to lowercase. Please let me know anything thanx!

Searching Google for “iso9660 lowercase Linux” reveals this:

Plain ISO9660 doesn't support lower-case filenames. You can work around this by turning on the Joilet extensions and mounting the filesystem with the
Code:
-o lowercase
option, or by using Rock Ridge extensions (which adds case support to filenames).

How do I go about doing this? Do I need to download an extension or what do I do?

Code:
man fstab
tells you what to do with filesystem options. The file it talks about is /etc/fstab

I use the K3B GUI to burn. I rarely burn from command line. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can go to find the option to keep everything lowercase from the GUI. If not, can someone give me a walkthru on how to burn from command line? I'd like to be able to keep my files case sensitive. Thanks!!
