Strange units in conky (KiB, MiB, GiB)

Conky is working fine here (using KDE), but it's using binary prefixes as units. Is there a way to have the old units back - all I want is K, M and G. Also does anybody know of a possibility to format those strings like in sprintf?

I'm not sure whether you know about them or not but here is information on those units.

As far as changing them I have no idea. I imagine you would have to dig into the source code and change it.

HTH,
