Strange cdbakeoven prob!

I have download and installed cdbakeoven from rpmfind.net . Works fine till the part i need to burn the cd. I get this error

"
The temporary directory does not have enough space available to store the disk image. Please remove some files from the list or choose another location from the 'Settings Dialog'

"

My temprary directory is in my /home/username/cd images directory , i can read and write to it manually and of courde my disk isn't full (i have 40 gb free!!)

Any ideas?

Seems more like a Linux-Software question. Moved

/home/username/cd as the temporary dir? Out of curiosity, how much space do you have in /tmp and /var? Check with df -h It could be that it's not using the temp dir you think, or indeed, specified. There are always around it if this should be the case, but let's find out first.

I isseed the given command (df -h) and here's what i get :

"
[george@localhost tmp]$ df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part5
51G 8,2G 40G 17% /
/dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part1
13G 11G 2,1G 84% /mnt/win_c
/dev/ide/host0/bus0/target1/lun0/part5
38G 20G 19G 52% /mnt/win_c2
/dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part6
9,8G 5,6G 4,3G 57% /mnt/win_d
"
Any ideas????

Hmm.... well since /tmp and /home are both on the same partition (hda5) then you certainly should have enough room. So, this brings us to either:
a) file permissions
b) some other error

I am going to presume that you run it from the GUI. If you run cdbakeoven from the commandline, are there any errors thrown up on the commandline when you get to the burning part? Often these can be more informative.

Also, have you tried K3B? Or ERoaster? They're both pretty user-friendly.
