Stop GRUB from instatly booting to Linux Mint

I understand that it is faster for many, but I still want to see the menu, not to mention I want to be able to get to my Windows installation.

Inst there a keyboard-combo to stop it from doing that?
Also, how would I edit grub.cfg to permanetly change this?

Ohh! I am running Grub2.

I think the space bar stops it.

For a single time, hold down the shift key.

For a permanent change, as above:
