Hmm, Nux is a well-known third party repo, didn't know they rolled out their own distro though. But their webpage says it's based on CentOS 6, and the latter reaches its EOL coming November.

Ok, they have an ISO based on CentOS 7, too. But zero info about it.

Besides, https://forums.nux.ro gives:

The forums seem to have gone fubar.

Any issues or questions should be sent to rpm at li.nux.ro instead.

Regards
Are you sure it is still supported in any way?

Also, I agree with this comment on DistroWatch (about Stella 7):
Quote:
Would be exactly what I need if it wasn't for Gnome 2. With Mate, Plasma LTS and Cinnamon I don't see a need to keep Gnome2
I guess you'll get most of it by enabling the Nux repo in your CentOS 7.
