Stationary in Evolution and Kmail.

I'd like to use stationaries in Evolution (and perhaps Kmail), but I can't find references to them in the manual. I have tried clicking the help button in the "format page" (format sida, I'm using the swedish version) window, under New -> Format -> Sida... (Page...?), but nothing happens. I have also tried the handbook and searched for stationary, but nothing came up. I tried "templates", but they seemed to be other templates than stationary. I tried the Evolution website and performed the same search there, but got similar results. I've tried Kmail's handbook, but there seems to be no mention of stationaries there either.

My questions are:

Do all stationaries use the same format in HTML?
Where does Evolution and Kmail save them?

I have used stationaries from format -> sida (page) in Evolution,so I know Evoultion handles them, but there isn't any save button, so you can't save your own, just select from a few in the list.

I use Evolution 2.22.3.1
and Kmail 1.9.9
under KDE 3.5.10 on Debian 5.0 "Lenny"

Thanks for your help
