Starting Gaim Minimised

Hi,

Anyone had any success in getting Gaim to start up minimised in the system tray upon O/S boot up?

I have it auto starting but it is annoying that it starts Maximised.

Running Ubuntu Dapper Drake if that makes a difference.....

See if you can get a package for Gaim 2.0. This has been brought up a few times here and I've never seen a definitive answer for Gaim 1.5, I use a 2.0 beta and that is the default behaviour.

It looks like you found a solution for this already, but if you want to have something to start up programs in general minimized (or other things as well) a good tool to look into using devil's pie.
