Starting Evolution under KDE: suddenly propmts "mail authentification request"

I'm running Evolution mail under KDE (fc19) for quite a long time and
few days ago it suddenly started prompting "mail authentification
request" each time I start it. How to debug if something has changed
at the ISP side or it's something on my side?

Also, few weeks ago it started prompting
"Enter password to unlock your login keyring" each
time I sent a first e-mail since starting "Evolution".
I "googled", found an advice to edit

and to change the line:

-session optional

session optional

At first it helped but after few days the "login keyring" prompt
returned and now the "mail authentification request" started too.
How to debug it? What configuration files define how "Evolution
deals with it?
