starting dsl failure on boot...

hi people

how do i edit my boot so it doesnt try and connect my usb modem which takes 2minutes then has a failure anyway

but as soon as i boot into x i can then connect

i just need to delete the command line somehow but dont know how

Hi, I have used the graphical interface to set up an account for Ethernet DSL connection. In that, you can select or deselect the choise to start adsl service at boot. Hope that helps. I dont know how to do it from console.
