Starting CVSD in SuSE 11.1

Hello all,

I'm using SuSE 11.1, pretty standard install.

I'm trying to configure cvsd to.. well start. I copied the script supplied with it to "/etc/rc.d/" and named it "cvsd", and then ran "cvsd start" as root. Nothing was output, but it's not running in the processes.

I tried running it manually too from /usr/local/sbin (where it installed itself) and the same thing happened. I'm a former slackware user and cannot figure out how SuSE does initd, or what I have to do to configure SuSE to allow cvsd to run.

Thanks!
