staff rota/roster software

I'm trying to find some open source staff rota/roster planning software, has anyone come across such software? Can you recommend a package?

I need my boss to be able to open a website (it has to incorporated into the company intranet) and see at a glance who is in a what time (We have a wierd semi-shift pattern of working). Also our support department need to know who is oncall and what their contact number is. Details can change on a whim, so it has to be easy to update if people swap shifts/oncall duties.

I don't mind hacking it a bit if it doesn't quite meet my requirements, in fact the reason why I specify open source is because I expect have to
