SSH sessions locked to one program

I'm wondering, how can I setup an SSH account for a user that only has access to one program. Forexample IRSSI.

I want it to start immediatly as the user connects, so it is the only thing the user sees, and when the user quits the program, it should also quit the SSH session...

Does any one know how to do this, or what elements I should be googeling for?

is this user only ever ever going to use that account for this program? if so, just either set their used shell directly in /etc/passwd or edit their ~/.bashrc to include the command to run irssi and then logout
