SSH enable on ESX 4

Hi,

I am Sheri.

I have installed ESX 4 on a Dell box but i am not able to ssh or telnet to the box after installation.

Please find below for verison information

# vmware -v
VMware ESXi 4.0.0 build-164009

I am also not able to open the virtual console to create a virtual instance.

Could you please help me.

You probably need to enable the ssh console, like in: http://www.yellow-bricks.com/2008/08...-esxi-and-ssh/

ESXi server doesn't ship with ssh by default.
