Lightbulb ssh-copy-id in reverse? How to remove an authorized account?

Hey LQ,

I have a server online and over the years I've set up many different boxes of mine that could rsync into it and backup data. I'm doing a little clean up on it and I would like to remove of all of those authorized_keys that permitted all of those old boxes to backup with out an ssh password.

I used ssh-copy-id to set them up everytime, so is there an easy way to just clear all of these keys out?

Thanks!

Hi,

authorized_keys is just a text file, so you can just open it up in a text editor and delete the offending lines.
