SSH between 2 hosts

I hope I am posting this in the right forum, if not I apologize.

I need to setup 2 host for an Oracle cluster and I am running into a stupid problem that I cannot figure out. I need to setup SSH between the 2 hosts.

I know you have to create keys on each and share them, but this is where I am running into the problem where should the keys go on each box?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

SSH is reasonable and secure way to transfer data between two servers, so the requirement makes much more sense than most other file transfer methods. It's a reasonable request.
