Squirremail-not forwarding

Hi

I have squirrelmail running using cyrus-imap and postfix and using ssl.

I have some user accounts able to forward mail fine, however others, when they click on forward the browser IE displays: Internet Explorer

"cannot display the webpage Most likely causes:You are not connected to the Internet. The website is encountering problems. There might be a typing error in the address"

or firefox blanks screens

Left bar stays same.

On face value I would guess may be some kind of permissions issue going on..
Any one got any ideas.

Regards
