Squirrelmail + PHP + Apache failures

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me with problems that I am having with squirrelmail, PHP5 and apache.

Since upgrading to PHP5.0.1 on Fedora Core 4 my squirrelmail has started to cause apache to fail with segmentation fault (11). It normally happens when I try to view a email or when I try to send a email after composing. Normal navigation is not effected.

The only error in the http logs is
Code:
child pid 21499 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
If anyone could tell me what the problem is, and at least a fix for it, I would be very thankful.

Cheers,

I have but I can not seem to find anything that relates to this problem, but I might of missed it... I'll have another look, but to be honest I have a feeling that it is a PHP problem, as it is the only php application that is using sessions.

All the other php enabled app's (very basic) that do not use sessions seem to work with no problems at all..

i found that error on their forum, but not specific to your setup.
you may try upgrading SM if you aren't current, or even the cvs version.

Done what they have suggested, updated SM and still the same problem... There could be an underlaying problem that is effecting this.

I'll keep everyone posted.
