Squirrelmail Login w/out version

Hi everybody!

I run Squirrelmail on Fedora. I personalised the login.php page, not to display the version of Squirrelmail I'm using. (The default is this page displays version number). However, anytime I run yum update squirrelmail, this page gets overwritten and version number shows up again.

How can I solve this problem?

(I thought about chmod 700 login.php, but it doesn't look like a very convenient solution to me...)
