Unhappy squidArg problem


i can't figure out the squidArg.conf
whatever i do it gives me this output and no reports. what is the problem?

can somebody please explain to me what neccessary things i should do to generate a user-wise access report file?

i am sorry it was just a date format problem. i changed my squid to use the native format for log files and i have solved the problem. sorry for the trouble. really.
