I have setup squid on rhel server. there is 2 network car,
NIC0= 192.168.10.4 ( connected to Lan network)
NIC1= 192.168.1.5 ( conected to the router and it is the one with gateway. )

for this proxy about 90 peoples are connected. we have 12MBps connection,I have allow all HTTP access to the users. it was working fine, but these days IT is slow and, need to try two three time to connect to the website. therefore need to refresh time to time browser to connect. Please help me reasons. and also i have configure sysctl with following command

net.ipv4.tcp_fin_timeout = 5
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_reuse = 1
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle = 1

Do you have a squid installation yet?
If so are all the browsers actually using your squid installation?
What can you tell about the location of the congestion? LAN side, router side or on the squid server?

yes, squid is still running.i check that internet connection directly connected to the PC, and check the speed. it was show about 12Mbps, and all the sites was workings without issues. when it is connected to the squid server some times DNS not resolving ( this only some time) not sure why, when i refresh the browser it is loading perfectly.
