Squid Returning Error : No buffer space available.

Hi, I've got an error like this :

The following error was encountered:Socket Failure. The system returned: (55) No buffer space available.Squid is unable to create a TCP socket, presumably due to excessive load. Please retry your request.
How can I fix this?
Is this due to lack of RAM?
