Squid : can't access to my localhost


Hello;
I installed squid and squid Guard in my ubuntu 11.10. Everything works fine and I can block sites.The problem is I can't access t my localhost.When ubuntu tries to download a software, it tell me he cannot connect to localhost:8080. help please!!

what port is your squid using ?
is it 3128 or some other?
