squid cache problem

Dear all ,

My squid server giving some massage in client’s browser that “”cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL”””
Then I have to restart server to solve the problem. I don’t know why this error coming even for a website like I have RHEL 3 AS and 1 GB RAM .
Can anyone suggest me what is the best cache size for a squid and how set that .
Pls help me for both ‘’cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the hostname’’ and cache size
