Open squid.conf and look for the "cache_mgr" option.
Change it to your like and restart squid.

It should read:
Code:
cache_mgr admin@domain.com
If that doesn't work, as a last resort, you should go ahead and edit several files in /etc/squid/errors/ERR_* to suit your needs.
