Squid Bandwidth Limit

I am wondering if it is possible at all to limit the monthly bandwidth (total) squid sends out per month. I am running a proxy server (squid) on the same server as other hosting accounts and would like to make sure squid doesnt eat up my server monthly allotment of bandwidth.

thanks
Acompw

Figured it out by using IPTABLES with some parameters
