SQL Server 2000

I am one of those unfortunate souls who on a daily basis need to work with M$ SQL Server 2000 to make a living. I know there are great development tools out there for Oracle, but is there something decent for SQL Server? I am trying to abandon my small, but still apparant Windows partition on my hd at home. If I could find a working administrators tool for SQL Server for linux, another reason for re-formatting my M$ infested partition would be added to the list. Does anyone have a tip or do I have to write my own....

Thanx

P

I don't have to mush experience from MySQL, but as I understand it, it works well for the people using it. As I said before, we use MS SQL SERVER 2000 at work (and Oracle) and I want a tool for that particular RDBMS that runs on Linux. I am at the moment not interested, and I am sute my boss agrees, to migrate to MySQL.

If there is such tool out there (preferably Gnome-based) I would love to get to know about it. If there's not, I will have to start building one myself....

thanx

Looks good

Thanx for the effort. It looks like that might be exactly what I am looking for. I'll try it out as soon as I get back home to my dear Linux.

Thanx a bunch.

/P
