SQL-Ledger printing problem
 

I have installed sql-ledger on my kanotix box. It works fine but I can not print any invoice using the print button in the program even after selecting HP laserjet. I can, however, print invoices from FireFox menu. My printer is HP laserjet 6P. In the FAQ on Sql-ledger site it mentioned a file: /etc/printcap which I do not have in my system. Does any body know how to make it print directly?
