[SOLVED] Spotify on wine isn't working properly!?!?

When I installed Spotify on my computer - which is btw running Linux mint 8 gnome - and tried to play some of my music it started to stutter realy badly and play at about 1/8 of the speed it should play. There were no errors during installation that I am aware of. This also happens on my friends laptop which also runs Mint 8.

If anyone else has had this problem and has managed to fix it I would greatly appreciate any helpful responses from them.

check if something is using more that 95% of your cpu power
top command in terminal

It was working for one song

Now its gone back to normal

Nothing is using over 95% of the CPU.

I assume from the lack of responses no one has a solution?

Never mind... I'm moving to Linux Mint 9 soon anyway so i hope the problem is fixed there cus it seems to only happen in linux mint 8 so far.
