I have read through previous threads on this topic (including /questions/showthread.php?s=&threadid=72609&highlight=DVD+IFO), and was wondering if anyone had made any progress in this topic. It seems the linux community has covred ripping and creating UDF images, but does anyone know of software for linux that can edit IFO files? IFOEdit for windows is a lovely tool, but isn't open source (though they claim they will be by april 1st).

Or, does anyone already have some nifty linux softwrae that automates editing the IFOs to split the dvd?

I found this post from 2004, when "secho" was looking for help on editing IFO files for DVDs. Does Linux, now in 2010, yet have an IFO editor, to help to edit DVD file structures?
